Github Actions, Pipeline Development, Application API management for ChatGPT, Mobile Apps, and Synapse Pipelines. **Key Responsibilities** + Build and maintain **Azure DevOps pipelines** for backend, frontend, and AI workflows + Implement **infrastructure‑as‑code** (Terraform/Bicep) for platform services + Manage **containerization & orchestration** (Docker, AKS) for agent services, ingestion, and gateways + Operate and scale **LLM services** , including token gateways, model routing, and deployment automation + Support **multi‑modal workloads** (voice, live chat, Nexus interactions) with low‑latency infrastructure + Own **monitoring, logging, and alerting** using Azure-native observability + Maintain secure integrations with connectors, MCP gateways, and data pipelines + Partner with engineering teams to ensure fast, safe releases and environment stability **Required Skills** + Strong experience with **Azure DevOps** and YAML pipelines + **Azure cloud** experience (AKS, ACR, App Services, Networking, Key Vault, Storage) + Proficiency with **Terraform/Bicep** + Expertise in **Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation** + Familiar with **JavaScript/TypeScript build & release pipelines** + Scripting in **Python, Bash, or TypeScript** + Experience with **monitoring/telemetry** (App Insights, Grafana, Prometheus) + Strong understanding of **security, RBAC, secrets, and compliance** **Nice to Have** + LLMOps experience (evaluation pipelines, model deployment, cost control) + Background in **FastAPI, Node.js** , or distributed systems + Experience integrating AI systems into **enterprise environments** (Teams, Office, web)
