Overview:

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our light industrial team. We have multiple openings across several companies in the Tulsa area, including warehouse, shipping/receiving, forklift operation, assembly, machine operation, CNC machining, and sorting. These positions are ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.

Skills and Experience Responsibilities (vary by position):

Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving:

Load, unload, and move materials and products within the facilityPick, pack, and stage orders accuratelyPrepare and verify shipping documents and labelsMaintain organized storage and inventory areas

Forklift Operators:

Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts safely and efficientlyMove pallets, raw materials, and finished goods to designated areasConduct pre-shift equipment inspections

Assemblers:

Perform basic to complex product assembly using hand or power toolsFollow work instructions, blueprints, or diagramsInspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

Machine Operators & CNC Machinists:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery or CNC equipmentLoad materials and remove finished partsMeasure and inspect components using gauges or calipersTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs

Sorters:

Inspect, sort, and organize parts or products by size, quality, or typeIdentify and remove defective materialsMaintain production flow and accuracy

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsBasic math and measurement skillsForklift certification (for forklift roles)CNC or machine operation experience (for machinist roles)Strong attention to detail and safety awarenessReliable attendance and teamwork skills
