As a New Capability Components Engineer you will be responsible for preparing in-house capability development projects across various workshop technical domains. Prepares business cases, extracts and analyzes data, defines technical requirements and tracks the progress of tasks. Focuses on execution of project deliverables in a timely manner

Operational Accountabilities;

Contribute to the development of new in-house capabilities in component maintenance under workshops.

Identify potential capability opportunities in coordination with the Senior New Component Capability Engineer.

Define technical requirements for proposed capabilities, including equipment, Bill of Material

(Spares/Consumables), tooling, facility, and special process needs.

Perform cost-benefit analysis based on component shop visit forecast, and able to extract the required data.

Draft or revise Technical Procedures Manual in compliance with regulatory and OEM standards.

Provide support to workshop Engineers and Technicians during capability implementation where needed.

Support ongoing projects and initiatives for lean processes in workshops.

Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department
