Neuroscience Manager Ambulatory Services

Position Summary

The Manager of Neuroscience Ambulatory Services oversees the daily performance and operational efficiency of all Neuroscience outpatient practices, including Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Pain Management. This role ensures seamless coordination among practices, staff engagement, and consistent application of operational standards. The Manager partners with site supervisors and providers to achieve quality, access, and financial goals while supporting the strategic direction established by Neuroscience Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Direct daily operations and performance of all Neuroscience outpatient practices. Coordinate with supervisors to ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, and coverage. Track provider productivity, access, and scheduling efficiency across all locations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective measures. Support new staff onboarding, training, and competency development. Collaborate with the Director to prepare and analyze operational and financial reports. Monitor patient flow, wait times, and experience metrics. Promote staff engagement, teamwork, and accountability. Maintain compliance with system policies and operational standards. Serve as a liaison between clinic leadership, providers, and administrative teams.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field Relevant leadership experience in ambulatory or multi-specialty practice operations required; internal candidates with strong performance and demonstrated leadership may be considered in lieu of degree. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, manage change, and improve operational performance. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving
