ROLE OVERVIEW:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a highly skilled and integrated team comprising sales, marketing, market access, corporate affairs and medical professionals.

Your wealth of experience will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy at local and national levels and you would be the expert driving behavioural change towards the neuroscience healthcare community.

The job requires that you understand the ecosystem in AD, map patient flow and engage with key decision makers, including local/regional payers to effectively remove barriers that prevents uptake of new patient starts.

You will lead local account planning across priority accounts and compliantly use account and customer insight to develop and execute a local account strategy that maximizes business potential from launch, using a range of engagement channels aligned with brand strategy. You will work closely with the Brand team to map regional and local account readiness and develop tailored action plans to drive trial and regular treatment usage.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Understanding and Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the accounts business model and HCPs’ clinical care‑ and product knowledge gaps to manage and provide relevant solutions. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the disease state(s), impact on customers and patients, and detailed knowledge of Lilly’s and competitor products.Strategic Account Planning to deliver volume growth expectations: Understand the AD ecosystem, map patient flow, and engage key decision makers—including local/regional payers—to remove barriers and grow new patient starts.Drive and scale System readiness: Identify diagnostics and treatment capacity issues and coordinate with the Brand Team to deliver solutions that improve capacity and time to treatment.Customer engagement: Support HCPs by developing/growing key capabilities aligned with Lilly strategy for lasting customer relationships. Connect and build relationships with key thought leaders and advocates in local territories.Performance Metrics: Contribute to national sales attainment and new patient starts through focused customer interactions with HCOs and relevant customers, including face‑to‑face calls, meetings, and digital tactics. Adjust strategies to improve results.Effective communication: Provide clear, accurate, data‑driven reporting on performance and commercial learnings to internal stakeholders.Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Brand Team on account status, challenges, and growth opportunities.Ethical standards: Always demonstrate high integrity and compliance.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience working in one or more of the following areas: Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Sales, Consulting.Previous Neuroscience Experience.Senior Key Account experience or B2B Management experienceA completed LIF examination in DenmarkExcellent demonstration of key capabilities such as in call selling skills, key account management and business planning.Proven track record in Pharmaceutical Sales.Driving license.
