ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary
The Department of Psychology at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation- Frisco is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team of psychologists and counselors. The ideal candidate will have experience in a rehabilitation setting as part of an interdisciplinary team that includes rehabilitation physicians, nurses, therapists, and other clinical professionals. A strong background in rehabilitation neuropsychology is preferred.
This position will be split between our Frisco campus and our new Day Neuro Program in Grapevine, located on the Baylor Scott & White Grapevine campus. It is anticipated that the clinician will cover each location several days per week with flexibility based on census needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide both assessment and intervention services, including brief bedside cognitive assessments and comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations.Offer consultation to physicians and other interdisciplinary team members.Provide education to patients and families.Participate in program development, clinically based research, and process improvement initiatives.
