The Atrium Health Neurosciences Institute is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our rapidly growing healthcare system located in the Charlotte area. We invite APPs who possess an authentic compassion for patients and a team-focused attitude to apply to join our inpatient neurology service at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC.
At least 2 years of experience as APP is required. Prior Neurology experience is preferred but not required.
Position Details
Join a well-established inpatient consulting service with two other APPs and 12 neurohospitalist physicians.Provide neurologic care in a collaborative environment on a well-established inpatient neurology team. Excellent reputation and known for superior patient care.Full-time positionInpatient-only – 10-hour shifts (7am – 5pm)Weekday and weekend shiftsPotentially 7 on / 7 off scheduling, but also open to variable scheduling (several consecutive work days followed by several consecutive days off)Staffing model comprised of 2 physicians and 1-2 APPsApproximately 15 patients per dayNo hospital callOpen ICUAbout Atrium Health
