Job Description:
The role holder is responsible for deliver projects and solutions, consisting of Mars GDO, business and third parties, in delivery of IT infrastructure projects across an entire region. Creating a deployment plan and coordinating it with all the senior stakeholders within the region, at the center, and all involved third parties.
Using the technical understanding of infrastructure this role will ensure if new solutions and significant changes are fit for purpose at the business units as well as gather new requirements to pass through to the technology development teams.
What are we looking for?Education & Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree in IT or business with technology focus (Management Information Services, Telecoms Networks, Servers).
At least 2 years IT experience in IT service management.
At least 3 years of IT infrastructure management
Work in international environment
Small/medium project management
Experience with various technical OS platforms networks
Strong analytical skills
Good multi-task management, time management and self-organization
Willing and able to learn quickly new technologies
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced knowledge and/or experience in any of following: WAN – Wide Area Networks (SDWAN technology, routing, traffic analisys), LAN – Local Area Networks (Meraki, Cisco catalyst), WLAN – Wirelesss LAN – (Meraki, CAPWAP, Cisco Prime, WLCs), IPAM – IP Address Mgmt (IP mgmt., DNS, DHCP), Perimeter Secutiry (Site to site VPNS – Cisco and Meraki; Client to site VPNs, Firewalls), Data Analystics and Automation
Planning and project management
Cisco, AWS and Azure certification are desired.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Support Network Service Road-map delivery in the three key Network Areas (WAN/LAN, Audio/Video Conferencing and Security)
Translates business requirements into technical and functional solution specifications
Documents solutions developed according to the defined rules in place, allowing for the solution to be supported by IT OPS and Vendors.
Lead and follow-up delivery and mid-size project and improvement plans
Promote procedures, standards and rules in place and seek for opportunities to improve them in the Network space.Suggest and implement network infrastructure upgrades, modifications and EOL (end of life) replacements
Make sure funding (CAB, Running Cost) is planned for suggested projects.
Interact with SMO (Service Manager Officer) to understand service level agreements and maintain the same
Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation plans
Represent and run network infrastructure service for technology owned within agreed SLA, ensure availability, capacity and reliability of the network Infrastructure services with the usage of ITIL Methodology (incident, problem, change, release and knowledge management)
Cooperate with resolution of Major Incidents and fulfillment of Support Tasks, deployments & changes for supported technology within the agreed SLA’s
Suggest technology upgrades, modifications and deployments to Networks Lead based on business needs. Make sure site funds (CAB, Running Cost) is fed back for suggested projects.
Supervise vendor resources to support and maintain company network operation within supported technology.
Maintain working relationships with the key stakeholders (Mars Service Desk, Security Team, End User Team, Local Infrastructure Teams)
Perform root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans.
Maintain all documentations for deployment, maintenance, upgrades and problem resolution activities.
In addition to the Network Senior Analyst responsibilities, the role will include some of the following, depending on current team needs and/or your personal development goals.
Global Functional Expert Role (Incident, request, capacity, CMDB, reporting…)
Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Proactively manage key stakeholders and update them on project status
