Your day at NTT DATASiamo alla ricerca di un Network Engineer con almeno 3 anni d’esperienza da inserire in un presidio presso Cliente (importante azienda farmaceutica) con responsabilità nella configurazione, gestione e troubleshooting della rete aziendale, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale. La figura si occuperà di garantire l’affidabilità, la sicurezza e le prestazioni ottimali della rete, collaborando attivamente con team tecnici e fornitori esterni. 

Responsabilità principali 

Configurazione e gestione apparati Cisco: configurazione di switch (access, trunk, uplink, ACL, routing) e autenticazione TACACS+ e RADIUS. Troubleshooting e supporto operativo: diagnosi e risoluzione di problematiche wired e wireless. Gestione RMA e relazioni con i vendor: apertura e gestione ticket RMA, supporto tecnico con il vendor, validazione fix e test finali. Collaborazione e supporto ai team di progetto italiani e internazionali. Aggiornamento e mantenimento della documentazione tecnica di rete e dei nuovi progetti. 

Requisiti tecnici 

Esperienza consolidata in ambito networking Cisco (routing, switching, wireless). Conoscenza approfondita dei protocolli di rete (VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, ACL, QoS). Conoscenza dei sistemi di autenticazione e access control (TACACS+, RADIUS). Buona conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi (Wireshark, NetFlow). Capacità di redazione di documentazione tecnica (Visio, Draw.io). Nice to have: esperienza/skill base su firewall Palo Alto. 

Certificazioni 

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA) – requisito obbligatorio. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – requisito facoltativo 

Soft Skills 

Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving. Attitudine al lavoro in team multidisciplinari e internazionali. Buone capacità comunicative e di gestione del tempo. Proattività e orientamento al risultato.
