As a Senior Network Technology Support Specialist your role will be targeted on providing technical support of the Classic and Cloud Radio Access Network (RAN). Your work will ensure the reliability and performance of AT&T’s critical wireless infrastructure, directly impacting network uptime and customer experience. By providing remote triage, troubleshooting, and technical support, you play a vital role in minimizing service interruptions and driving operational excellence across the RAN environment.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Diagnose and resolve network faults; manage trouble tickets for RAN technologies.
+ Provide technical support to field personnel, including IVR phone and RF safety/interference issue resolution.
+ Participate in network outage event bridges and root cause analysis (RCA).
+ Track, report, and document network events and collaborate with support teams and vendors.
+ Analyze network performance and contribute to action plans for network impact mitigation.
+ Support remote triage and restoration of Classic and Cloud RAN systems.

**What You'll Bring:**
+ Previous experience troubleshooting, maintaining, configuring, and supporting Ericsson RAN equipment (4G = eNodeB, 5G = gNodeB).
+ Knowledge and experience with cloud concepts (Kubernetes, VNF, Orchestration)
+ Working knowledge of Linux and security protocols (TACACS, LDAP) is a plus.
+ Proficiency with RF performance tools (Arieso, Optima) is advantageous
+ Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or equivalent network experience.
Our Senior Network Technology Support Specialist earns between 91,000 - 114,000 CZK gross / month. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on experience, expertise, and education/training.
