**Job Title: Onsite Infrastructure Support Analyst** **Location: Baytown, TX (Onsite)** **Duration: 6+ Months** **Pay: $48/hr. on W2** Customer Solutions delivers best-in-class customer service and IT solutions that empower our business partners to thrive in competitive markets. We work across global IT service partners and CX regional teams (Americas, EAME, APAC) to ensure effective technical delivery, process improvements, and reliable infrastructure support. **Key Responsibilities:** **Infrastructure Support** Provide onsite support for network, AV, and server infrastructure. Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues across disciplines (L2+ support coordination). Deploy and maintain wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN infrastructure. Perform hands-on server/storage maintenance, including equipment racking, cabling, and minor hardware repairs. **Project Management** Partner with business stakeholders to scope and execute IT infrastructure projects. Collaborate with EMIT project teams for site-specific IT initiatives (e.g., new buildings, hardware lifecycle projects). Coordinate vendor support and ensure adherence to project timelines and safety protocols. **Network & Cabling** Perform base network configuration, installation, and cabling. Coordinate with fiber/copper cable vendors for installs and troubleshooting. **AV Support** Configure and manage Zoom AV infrastructure. Oversee AV vendor installations and partner with engineering teams on room designs. **Requirements:** Prior experience working in operational/manufacturing environments. Familiarity with ServiceNow and basic MS Office/Visio. Strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of ITIL and service desk environments preferred. Physical capability to transport equipment and work in PPE (FRC, hardhat, steel-toe boots, etc.). Valid driver's license required for inter-site travel. **Nice to Have:** Hands-on experience with server hardware, storage devices, and AV systems. Experience supporting infrastructure in chemical, energy, or industrial settings. Technical certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA), server infrastructure, or AV systems.
