Job Description:
The Network Support Specialist will be responsible for planning and optimizing the UPS Italy Network and its interactions with other European countries.
The role will collaborate in managing contingencies, holiday periods and handling structural changes within the ground network.
He/She will analyze data to monitor and improve the network, providing expertise and support to hubs and centers.
He/She will utilize Company systems such as Opsys, NIS (Network Information System), Seas, Load Planning, GFTS, and TFCS and will provide assistance to system users in Hub and Center.
The work is performed in three shifts:
07:00 – 16:00 (1-hour break)
08:30 – 17:30 (1-hour break)
13:30 – 22:00 (30-minute break)
It is required a good knowledge of English and proficiency with MS Office. Excel and access are mandatory, while Power BI preferable.
Flexibility, teamwork skills, and a problem-solving attitude complete the profile.
