Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) is the infrastructure service within UST, delivering a wide range of infrastructure services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner.

Requirements (Experience - 5 to 7 years)

Excellent working knowledge on switching and routing concepts.
Experience in supporting Network security in a large-scale geographically diverse environment.
Excellent working knowledge on LAN/WAN switching technologies (Port-Channels, VLANs, etc)
Should have a good understanding of VPN technologies such as Site-to-Site VPN, Remote Access VPN (ZScaler)
Hands-on expertise & Troubleshooting skills with Cisco ISR & ASR Routers , Juniper
Hands-on expertise & Troubleshooting skills with Cisco ASA Firewalls, FortiGate
Hands-on expertize & Troubleshooting skills with Cisco Nexus, Arista & Aruba switches with ACI
Hands-on expertise with Firewalls like FortiGate, ASA
Hands-on expertise with Load balancers like F5, AVI Networks
Hands-on expertise with Cisco ,Aruba , and Juniper switches and should have good understanding on switch stacking.
Hands-on expertise with wireless devices preferably Aruba / MIST.
Hands-on expertise with troubleshooting Network related issues using Splunk and monitoring tools.
Excellent knowledge on Arista switches and ACI environment
Experience with incident management and change management using any enterprise ticketing tool
Clear understanding of any Network monitoring tool.
Clear understanding on different variants of STP,HSRP, VRRP, VLAN and loop prevention protocols
Excellent working knowledge on routing protocols like BGP,EIGRP & OSPF
Excellent working knowledge on DC technologies like VDC, VPC ,etc
Proficient remote support and troubleshooting WAN environments.
Experience in designing security for enterprise Networks , analyse vulnerabilities and come up with solutions to audit findings.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Holding updated Documentation (SOP,SLCP,CMP) and maintenance calendar of DC Infra services.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management or relevant experience
Very good English language communication skills
Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Willingness and motivation to learn new technologies
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Team player
