Job Description • Manage pre‑construction real estate efforts for Verizon macro sites. • Oversee third‑party vendors performing site acquisition and A&E work. • Review due diligence, negotiate leases or amendments, and secure governmental approvals and permits. • Maintain workflow forecasting, deliverable tracking, and database accuracy. • Collaborate with internal teams to drive projects to “Real Estate Complete” status. • Handle PO management and assist with special projects as needed. • Work independently in a fully remote environment while managing a high‑volume project load. Skills and Requirements • Telecom/wireless background with strong pre‑construction network real estate project management experience. • Experience overseeing site acquisition and A&E vendors. • Ability to manage due diligence, leasing/amendments, permitting, and milestone-driven workflows. • Strong skills in forecasting deliverables and maintaining accurate database/milestone tracking. • Proven ability to manage multiple competing projects under aggressive timelines. • Excellent communication, problem‑solving ability, and a self‑starter mindset. • Prior carrier experience, especially working with or at Verizon. • Familiarity with the Upper Midwest/Great Plains region (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND). • Experience with Verizon's internal tools, especially FUZE. Vendor management experience involving site acquisition agents.
