Job Title: Network Installation Technician Lead

Job Responsibilities
Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a cleared Network Installation Team Lead to join our team based in Kuwait.
Duties include:
Organizes and directs network installations on site surveys.Assesses and documents current site network configuration and user requirements.
Designs and optimizes network topologies.
Directs and leads preparation of engineering plans and site installation Technical Design Packages.
Develops installation schedules. Mobilizes network installation team.
Directs and leads preparation of drawings documenting configuration changes at each site.
Prepares site installation and test reports.
Coordinates post installation operations and maintenance support.
Minimum Qualifications
Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.Position requires a minimum of five (5) years of general Network experience of which 3 years is directly related US Military Network experience.General knowledge of data center installation and maintenance practices, including experience with Palo Alto, Blue Coat, Cisco (M6), and Juniper (MX480) devices. Ability to test and trouble shoot various network equipment, including legacy equipment such as Promina 800 and SL-100 devices. Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of both copper and fiber communications cables. Familiarity with circuit testing and testing equipment. Current DoD 8570 IAT II certification (Security+ce, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.)
Desired Qualification
Familiarity with DoD installation practices and standards. Strong proficiency developing & presenting custom project reports, dashboards, metrics, visualization of concepts & processes using MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
