The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and resolving issues, focused on process improvement, and passionate about mentoring others. Candidate will also assist in contributing to strategic direction and technical roadmap for network architecture. **Responsibilities** The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for the following + Design networks to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and efficiency in accordance with industry best practices. + Operational and lifecycle support of networks (LAN/WAN/cloud) in data centre and remote sites. + Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, identify, and resolve network-related issues. + Work closely with security, voice, e-commerce, and store development teams to support initiatives. + Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot application and network performance. + Create and maintain documentation on architecture and process. + Mentor, educate, and help drive development of network teams. + Use automation to increase accuracy, repeatability, and velocity of operational processes. + Manage multiple vendors to ensure delivery of products and services. + Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation. + Adhere to ITIL framework for service management. **Qualifications** **REQUIRED:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, MIS or related field required + Cisco CCNP certification preferred + 10 years of Cisco switching and routing experience on both IOS and Nexus platforms, in an enterprise environment + 3 years of experience with Meraki and Cisco Aironet wireless technology + 3 years’ experience with SD-WAN, terraform and Cloud networking + 2 years of experience with IPAM, DHCP/DNS operation such as Bluecoat or Infoblox + 2 years of experience with SolarWinds + Experience with Cisco / Viptela SDWAN or other SDN / SDWAN + Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to use packet captures and other tools to identify multi- domain issues. + Experience with management and configuration of Application Delivery Controllers (F5, Citrix, A10, etc.) **Other Requirements** + Experience with cloud environments and on-ramps such as AWS, Azure, Google, as well as CDN services + Experience with automation tools including Python and Ansible + Familiarity with VMWare, Linux, Windows Server, network firewalls + Familiarity with Cisco Voice technologies (CUCM, CUBE, Ribbon SBC, VCS - E/C) + Familiarity with Cisco ACI SDN + Devops and network security knowledge + Proven experience assisting peers in developing higher level skillsets + Strong organizational and project management skills. **About Autozone** AutoZone opened its first AutoZone do Brasil store in the city of Sorocaba in September 2012.
