**Job Title:** Network Engineer 4 **Location:** Denver, CO **Pay Range:** 55-65 per hour (dependent upon fit, skills and experience) _*Candidates must be available for working onsite 4-5 days per week - Technical Screening and onsite interview required_ **Network Engineer 4 – Denver, CO** _*Candidates must be available for working onsite 4-5 days per week - Technical Screening and onsite interview required_ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Leads in network planning, network architecture design and engineering. + Integrates communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission and signaling links and protocols into complete network configurations. + Evaluates new products, performs network problem resolution. + Assists in the development and documentation of technical standards. + Implements approved methods of procedure. + Highly skilled in Network Operations + Proactively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. + Implements and assists in designing corporate standards, develops and implements network enhancements and makes recommendations for improvement. + Works on projects/systems/issues of varying complexity surrounding network planning, configuration and optimization. + Provides tier support across organizations. + Works on one or more projects as a project team member, regularly as a project team lead. + Works with ASA and SRX firewall + Experience with F5 and A10 + Leads in the development and documentation of technical standards and implements approved methods of procedure. + Designs corporate standards and develops network enhancements + Knows, understands and follows company policy. + Performs other duties as requested by supervisor. + Adheres to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable. BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience + Minimum four (4) years Data network experience + Minimum four (4) year experience with Load balancers ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS + Routing / Switching + Ability to produce accurate MOPS + Advanced knowledge of related industry specifications and standards IEEE, ANSI, Physical Media (Multimode Fiber, Singlemode Fiber, UTP, etc.), bridging, switching, routing, ethernet and transport technologies and protocols + Experience with network design, network architecture, protocols and network topology + TCP/IP and the OSI Modelhelp remediation-manager outputting, manage team, tickets are getting assigned out. + Advanced knowledge in using ticketing and software tools to support the current operations + Experience with network devices and basic network appliances + Advanced knowledge in using ticketing and software tools to support the current operations + Ability to perform duties in a very fast-paced environment and ability to learn new technology quickly PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS + Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, or CCIE) or Juniper Certification (JNCIA, JNCIP) + Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent, etc.) If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
