Our client, a leading organization in the technology and communications sector, is seeking a Network-Devops Engineer to join their team. As a Network-Devops Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting the Network and DevOps teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Network-Devops Engineer** **Location: Austin, TX** **What's the Job?** + Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. + Develop and automate deployment pipelines, integrating network and cloud services. + Monitor network health and automate data collection and analysis to proactively address issues. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and scalability. + Utilize scripting languages such as Python and Bash to streamline operations and workflows. **What's Needed?** + Proven experience in DevOps and Network engineering, ideally with a 60/40 or 70/30 split of expertise across both. + Proficient in writing Python, Bash, and working with APIs. + Experience with network monitoring, automation, and data collection systems. + Familiarity with adb/idb interfaces and Android/iOS ecosystems. + Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working with networking protocols such as BGP, Vlan, Vxlan, OSPF. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
