General position summary: 

Responsible for provider development, management, and oversight. First point of contact for providers needing resolution within the designated territory. Evaluate market and internal analytics to ensure top quality provider utilization to deliver high quality service to relocating military families.   Develop and manage provider and partner relationships.  Work in concert with Network Development Team to ensure key performance indicators are met.  Ensure provider and partner in compliance with military and government regulations and qualifications. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

Evaluates and recommends potential markets to develop   Manages data within internal systems for designated territory; maintains agent profiles, compensation schedules and agency agreements   Develop and manage relationships with agents and bases by performing onsite visits and ongoing communications   Manages the agents for KPI performance to ensure quality standards Accountable for the planning of monthly communications regarding agent’s individual performance reviews, continuous training and retention of agents  Facilitate agent training to maintain quality standards Work in conjunction with our internal teams to improve and enhance quality  Addresses and resolves service deficiencies and assists with operations when necessary    Manage, report and assist in resolving service failures, capacity issues, etc.  Provides feedback to agents   Maintain accurate and timely records of correspondence/discussions with agents within internal systems  Review data and reports to ensure compliance with military and government regulations and qualifications Work with management team to develop, implement and track new initiatives Participate in industry conferences, mover associations and other events as directed Manage and coach direct reports, if applicable, and provide ongoing performance management to maximize their success Maintain, troubleshoot, and assist with online portal and automation functions. 

Education & Experience: 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; three to five years prior management experience preferred Strong people management and leadership experience Ability to multi-task and navigate in a team focused environment 

Language Skills: 

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Mathematical Skills: 

Ability to develop and analyze metrics and implement solutions Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. 

Reasoning Ability: 

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 

Computer Operations: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications such as move management, accounting/billing, HRIS, timekeeping and other applications used in the performance of job duties. 

Planning/Organization: 

Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work

Requires over 65% travel within the United States
