The Network Contractor will lead contracting operations for individual dentists and small group dental practices across Ohio as part of a Dental Medicaid Network Build. You will be responsible for driving contract execution, managing provider relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation across all assigned territories. This position requires initiative, strategic communication, and precision. The ideal candidate can handle a large pipeline of providers, quickly adapt to changing priorities, and deliver measurable contracting results in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities: + Manage full-cycle provider contracting for solo and small group dental practices within assigned regions. + Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to secure executed Medicaid contracts. + Serve as the primary contact for providers during the contracting process—answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring contract completion. + Negotiate terms within approved frameworks and communicate clearly with providers regarding requirements, reimbursement schedules, and participation expectations. + Track daily outreach and contract status in CRM system. + Maintain up-to-date and accurate provider records and documentation. + Monitor weekly performance metrics and adjust strategy to meet or exceed contracting goals. Qualifications: + 3–5 years of provider contracting or managed care experience, preferably in dental or Medicaid networks. + Demonstrated ability to manage a large pipeline of contracts efficiently and accurately. + Experience with negotiation and relationship management with healthcare providers. + Strong understanding of Medicaid contracting standards and documentation practices. + High level of organization and ability to multitask under strict deadlines. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
