About the OpportunityA global technology and professional services organization is seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to support a critical ERP implementation initiative. This role will serve as a client-side project manager and implementation advocate, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure a successful NetSuite deployment. The position is fully remote, with the exception of one required onsite visit (approximately one week) for testing at office location.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the client-side NetSuite Project Manager for an active implementationLead and coordinate cross-functional teams during ERP deliveryOversee project planning, execution, timelines, and risk managementManage UAT planning, coordination, and execution oversightServe as a primary point of contact between business stakeholders and implementation partnersDrive clear communication, status reporting, and stakeholder alignmentSupport full-cycle NetSuite implementation activitiesAdvocate for business requirements and ensure solution alignment
Required QualificationsU.S. Citizenship required (due to federal project work)Bachelor’s degree or higher4+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, consulting, or project managementHands-on experience with NetSuite implementationsStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with cross-functional and technical teams
