Our client is seeking a NetSuite Functional Analyst to join their team in Tukwila, WA. The organization is one of King County's most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting the area's most vulnerable populations.
The NetSuite Functional Analyst supports a NetSuite ERP and FreshService environment in a behavioral health care setting. The analyst will also support peripheral applications associated with the NetSuite environment, including but not limited to Squareworks (Charted), Amazon Business, NSBP, and Stripe.
This role will support exploration and implementation of new or under‑utilized functionality and provide first‑line troubleshooting prior to opening tickets with NetSuite Advanced Customer Support. The role also supports the FreshService application environment and other applications as needed.
Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a NetSuite (Social Impact) AnalystExperience with FreshService preferredNetSuite Certification preferredBachelor's degree in a related field preferredStrong IT knowledge and experienceKnowledge of NSPB and Squareworks (Charted) highly desirableNSPB coding experience preferredCustomer service/interaction experience requiredExperience in health care or nonprofit settings desirable but not required
