Job Description
Work across diverse, cross‑functional environments supporting engineering initiatives such as configuration, deployment, migration, and administration of storage systems.
Partner with internal teams and end‑clients to assess needs, deliver technical solutions, and ensure operational stability.
Execute hands‑on storage engineering tasks—installations, upgrades, proof‑of‑concepts, and documentation across multiple environments.
Support a variety of storage infrastructures (SAN, NAS, cloud, network, servers) while ensuring best‑practice performance and reliability.
Provide multi‑tier support, troubleshoot complex issues, and present technical findings or solution recommendations to engineering and operations teams.
Travel to various sites as needed to deliver onsite engineering, deployment, and support services.

Skills and Requirements
Hands‑on experience with NetApp technologies (ONTAP, C‑DOT, 7‑Mode, OnCommand, ActiveIQ, etc.) and associated hardware, switches, and deployment practices.
Proficient with Unix/Linux and Windows OS, as well as core protocols such as NFS, CIFS, DFS, NIS, and Active Directory.
Demonstrated experience in storage capacity planning, monitoring, data migration projects, and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
Familiarity with datacenter operations, including racking/stacking, cabling, and collaborating across infrastructure teams.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and fully document designs, diagrams, and test plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both engineering and operations audiences.
