Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong experience in backend development (.NET framework) and good to have frontend development experience, database management, and agile project execution. The ideal candidate will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust backend solutions using .NET Core, .NET Framework, Web API, C, Entity Framework, Dapper, and .NET Standard Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and MVC architecture Develop and optimize database solutions using MS SQL Server, MySQL, SQL, including performance tuning and data integrity Implement and manage RESTful APIs; perform API testing and validation using Postman Participate in project execution activities, including requirement analysis, estimation, development, testing, and deployment Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and enforce best practices for maintainability and scalability Manage version control using Git and support CI/CD practices Collaborate with product owners, QA, UX, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries Work on AWS backend functions to support cloud-based deployments and integrations Support issue resolution, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to course or content management systems, where applicable Required Technical Skills Backend: .NET Core, .NET Framework, C, Web API, Entity Framework, Dapper, .NET Standard Frontend: ReactJS, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MVC Databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, SQL Tools & Platforms: Git, Postman, AWS Functions Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Project Management Methodologies Soft Skills & Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and team collaboration abilities Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments Ownership mindset with a focus on quality and delivery Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in .NET Full Stack development Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade web applications Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum-based project execution
