Salary: $115+/hr based on experience LaSante Health Center is seeking a Part-time Nephrologist to deliver outpatient renal care in a community-based FQHC one day/week. This role supports patients with chronic kidney disease and related conditions through coordinated specialty care. Responsibilities: + Diagnose and manage kidney-related conditions + Evaluate lab results and diagnostic studies + Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers + Educate patients on disease management and treatment plans + Maintain accurate EHR documentation Qualifications: + MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Nephrology + New York State medical license (or eligibility) + Outpatient experience preferred
