Job Description Summary

Due to recent growth across our Industrial & Logistics Services business, we are sourcing for an aspiring real estate professional to grow with our department. Working closely with key internal and external clients, this role will be tasked with further accelerating our growth within Thailand.

About the Role:

Drive agency business by managing leasing, sales, and acquisitions of industrial or related properties for landlords, tenants, and investors.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, cold calling, referrals, and industry platforms.

Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including stakeholder coordination, reporting, and documentation.

Support client relationships by delivering high-quality service, preparing proposals, and providing market insights.

Collaborate across teams to support business growth, contribute to strategic initiatives, and enhance client engagement efforts.

About You:

Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree; fluency in both Thai and English is essential. Additional language skills are a strong advantage.

Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, real estate brokerage, or property transactions.

Open to more experienced candidates with 3–5 years in similar roles, especially those with a strong track record in leasing or investment deals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable with business development and stakeholder engagement.
