NDT Inspector
**Job Title: NDT Inspector ($157 in daily per diem x7)** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated PT (FPI) Inspectors to join our team. This role involves performing crucial inspection tasks to ensure quality and precision in our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for performing inspections on aerospace parts and castings. **Responsibilities** + Perform FPI methods A&D, including water wash and post emulsifiable processes, both lipophilic and hydrophilic. + Conduct all inspections under black light, ensuring no visible dye inspection. + Cycle between multiple booths to perform all tasks, including processing, reading parts, visual inspection, final inspection, and power wash. **Essential Skills** + FPI experience is required. + Possess a Level 1 or 2 Certification. + Experience with Method A (Water wash) and D (Post emulsification/hydrophilic) is essential. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + NDT Contractor On-boarding Requirements: Certification package must include certification date, expiration date, method of NDT certification, and be signed by certifying Level 3. + Documented On the Job Training hours (minimum 400 hours) and Formal (Classroom) Training Hours (minimum 32 hours) signed by certifying NDT Level 3. + Examination Scores document signed by certifying NDT Level 3. + Valid Written Practice in accordance with NAS-410. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Winsted, Connecticut. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
