NDE Manager Level 3

We are looking for a NDE Manager Level 3 that will be responsible for team of 2 that consists of a variety of one NDT Level 1 and a NDT Level 2. Your responsibilities will consist of working alongside outside customers, identifying their needs, and coordinating all NDT work internally.
This will require familiarity with business development alongside strong technical capabilities to ensure top quality work. You will be responsible for the following:
- Oversight of NDT personnel and growing the team
- Coordinating incoming work
- Ensuring quality among personnel and procedure compliance
- Quote external work and understanding the technical requirements to complete the scope of work
- Creating internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all existing and incoming contracts, helping streamlines process
Work hours: Four 10 hour days starting at 7am
Pay Range: $150,000 - $175,000
