Zions is seeking an **nCino/Salesforce Application Lead.** In this role as an **nCino/Salesforce Application Lead** you’ll provide your talents in contributing to the success of the Zions team by delivering the following: + Solution Architecture & Design + Leadership & Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and integration specialists. + Program Management + Stakeholder Engagement **Qualifications:** + 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture. + Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. + Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools). + Experience in leading technical teams. + People management and mentoring capabilities. + Strong experience in managing multi-phase implementation programs. + Experience with nCino or other banking/financial services solutions. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. + Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect). + Experience with nCino or other banking/financial services solutions (preferably commercial lending). + Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. **Location:** This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT. The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus is the company’s primary technology and operations center.
