Job Description
The Crane Operator is responsible for operating a mobile crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loads efficiently and safely. This role includes unloading crane accessories from trailers or support vehicles and receiving directions from riggers or site supervision through verbal or hand signals to determine required load movements.
ResponsibilitiesPerform pre- and post-trip inspections along with daily and monthly equipment inspections.Follow appropriate safety procedures and maintain logs of vehicle repair status and working hours according to FMCSA regulations.Work under direct supervision and be prepared to work long hours with frequent sitting, standing, moving, and climbing.Assist riggers occasionally by working out of the cab and comfortably perform tasks on the ground.Essential Skills4 years of experience operating cranes.Must be NCCCO Certified (LBC, LBT, TLL, TSS).Proficiency in crane operation and heavy equipment handling.Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of reading blueprints.Forklift operation experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work takes place at the facility from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional shifts starting earlier at 5:00 AM or extending until 5:00 PM. The role involves travel to job sites in company vehicles, with paid travel time included.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
