What you will have an opportunity to do:
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability
Present, promote and sell lodge amenities/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersPerform thorough qualification of existing/potential customers to understand client, business and meet their needs and emphasize the features of lodge to highlight how they solve customer problemsEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach out to customer leads through cold callingExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleAchieve agreed upon activity goals and outcomes within scheduleWritten and verbal communication and action plans to drive salesCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyze market’s potential, track sales and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsContinuously improve through feedback Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreementsWhat are we looking for?
