Our client, a distributor of equipment is seeking a National Sales Manager to join their team. As a National Sales Manager, you will be part of the Sales team supporting sales in the Midwest. The ideal candidate will have Distributor Sales experience, solid work history and be able to travel which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:National Sales Manager**
**Location: Cary, IL (Chicago area)**
**Pay Range:$90-130/k + bonus**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Maintain and grow key accounts
+ Negotiate pricing, lead times and terms to increase revenue.
+ Train and support sales coordinators, inside sales and sales reps.
+ Attend trade shows, visit customers and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket or industrial fluid power industry
+ Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and technical product knowledge.
+ Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
+ Willing to travel 25-50%
