**Job Summary and Responsibilities** ***Tentative Start Date is July 27, 2026*** As our National Resident RN, you will experience a dynamic and supportive residency, receiving personalized attention to foster long-term success and cross-training across our interconnected Nursing units. Every day you will deliver individualized patient care by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families, all while embracing varied nursing tasks. To be successful in this role, you will actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Residency Program, utilizing clinical orientation, practice, and mentorship. Memorial will be offering ACLS training and certification as well as an EKG class prior to the start date. **Where You'll Work** Bakersfield Memorial Hospital includes 385 general acute beds, 48 licensed critical care beds, 13 state-of-the-art surgical suites, and a full-service Emergency Department with an Accredited Chest Pain Center and Nationally Certified Stroke Center.
