As Devereux’s **National Project Management Specialist** , you will support operational and strategic initiatives by providing project management and business analysis support across turnaround efforts, new business development, and other enterprise-level projects. Working under the direction of the National Project Manager / Business Analyst and in collaboration with senior leadership, the role partners with national and center-based departments to help ensure projects are well-defined, coordinated, and aligned with organizational goals. This opportunity will be a hybrid position and depending on experience will have a **pay range up to $60,000.00** . In this role, the National Project Management Specialist assists with identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and supporting data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance. Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and internal teams, the role helps translate project and business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables. Three years’ experience preferred; Experience in behavioral health, healthcare and/or a nonprofit setting is a plus. + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field. MBA preferred. + Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred. + Exceptional written/oral communication skills, strong project management and organizational skills. + Excellent interpersonal skills, team player/Servant Leader attitude and outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels and diverse groups within, and outside of, the organization. + Conceptual, creative thinker with a passion for writing, storytelling and a willingness to learn from others.
