A day in the life.
As a National Private Equity Services Leader, you will provide strategic advice and solutions to clients in the private equity industry. You will work closely with the Business Insurance and Employee Health and Benefits teams, regional leaders, Producers, and the Due Diligence team to set the overall vision and strategy of MMA's national private equity services and proactively grow MMA's private equity footprint.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

5+ years of experience in a Due Diligence/Private Equity role, or demonstrated experience with clients considering M&A in an insurance broking contextExtensive knowledge of Transaction liability/ Management Liability/Private Equity Services/Mergers and AcquisitionsConducting of thorough risk assessments and analysis for private equity clients to identify their unique insurance needs and develop comprehensive insurance solutionsDemonstrated success developing strategy, managing complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders, and meeting agreed upon goals and outcomesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldAbility to interact with senior executives, develop and gain support of a vision and strategy, and to operate effectively under pressureProactive and thoughtful approach and ability to work collaboratively with carriersProficient in the use of MS Office Suite

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

MBA, JD, or Master's degree in related fieldA commitment to continued Private Equity Services education and training

The applicable base salary range for this role is $93,100 to $173,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
