Overview:

2020 Companies is now interviewing for a remote National Sales Manager!

The National Sales Manager will manage and lead a domestic client program/department and is accountable for delivery, execution and the entire team; to include various levels of management, dedicated administrative support, and the field representatives. Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with the client and delivery departments, and to meet regularly with field management to train on leadership skills, training techniques, and assist with any field escalations.

Job Description:

Serve as the direct contact for the client and ensure program and client needs are being metCoordinate activities of the field management to meet and/or exceed regions’ goals and objectivesResponsible for identifying and ensuring resources necessary to meet/exceed sales goals and objectivesResponsible for communicating and managing region-level T&E budget(s)Motivate, direct and coordinate activities of the management to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectivesEstablish and maintain effective relationships with clients on national and region levels to align 2020 and client goalsEffectively coach/mentor team members and ensure proper training of management techniques, products, policies, etc.Ensure adherence to all company policies and proceduresAdminister and document all counseling and terminations accurately and in a timely manner, while following established proceduresPerform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

Meet established weekly/monthly productivity goals/quotaMaintain proper headcount in all areasCustomer/client satisfaction based on candidate submission, field activity/objectives, and substantiated complaints

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred5-8 years sales experience required3-5 years retail and sales management experience requiredExtensive retail and/or direct sales management experience requiredExercise operational excellence and a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointSuperior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skillsProven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem solveCapable to work autonomously with excellent time management skillsMust be able to travel 30% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours
