The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a customer service environment and will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a quality phone experience.

Responsibilities

Great Day Improvements currently has an opening for a National Customer Care Representative

 

Primarily responsible for assisting the National Customer Care Manager in maintaining a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers and assisting as a corporate liaison for affiliates and customers.   Customer service communication with both private & public agencies (including BBB, Good Housekeeping, Attorney General, NARI, AAMA, etc.) to assist in resolving elevated customer concernsSetting up services for customersResearching and resolving customer complaintsOutbound Quality Calls and Collection CallsCreation and maintenance of files including customer service database to ensure information is accurate, current, and without deviancesCommunicating with affiliate offices and other departments within ChampionProvide feedback to Regional and Executive level management regarding company service issues or customer concerns. Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent problem resolution skillsFriendly, professional, and confident demeanor on the telephone and in personWell versed in all Microsoft Office products Ability to work independently and with minimal supervisionSkills in database management and record keepingStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesMinimum 3 – 5 years of Customer Service Experience required
