National Account Manager Walmart - sodastream
Overview We are looking for a National Account Manager- Walmart to join our Sodastream Sales Team. You will be responsible for driving the omnichannel business for Walmart. The preferred location for this position is the Bentonville, AR area. Responsibilities Responsible for overall strategy to drive growth at Walmart consistent with company’s strategies and culture. Identify new opportunities and develop with internal team a comprehensive sales plan including the preparation and update as necessary a “Joint Business Plan”. Manages all aspects of planning, product assortment, merchandising, and forecasting as well as timely communication to all appropriate stakeholders on these critical tasks. Manage trade spend, over and above funding, rebates, and any special deals within financial framework as approved by management. Ability to lead cross-functionally with sales planning, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure delivery of relevant innovation and key initiatives. Work closely with internal e-commerce team to drive digital sales in line with company strategies and goals. Interface with PepsiCo Walmart team to understand synergies and growth opportunities of SodaStream brand at Walmart. Manage follow up and completion of all company required forms, documentation, approvals and planning documents. Work with the internal stakeholders to complete any business requirements such as master agreements, EDI, etc. Build and maintain solid relationships with Buyers, Mid-Level and Senior Management. Communicate changing market conditions to Sales and Marketing teams. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field/equivalent experience required. 5-7 years of National Account management experience. Walmart, Housewares or CPG experience preferred. Experience working within retailer vendor portals. Scintilla experience preferred. Ability to quickly master detailed product knowledge. Superior time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan. Strong analytical skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan. Excellent communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely. The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 - $120,000 per year. Confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
