**The Opportunity**
Working closely & collaboratively with a high performing, engaged Sales team, this position will drive growth across Premium Biscuits by executing end-to-end marketing activities whilst managing external customers across Licensing & Co-Branding and QSR. **How you will contribute**
+ Reporting directly to the Sales Export Manager, you will be working to achieve agreed revenue and standard profit goals through effective management of the National Licensing & Co-Branding customer portfolio.
+ Support end-to-end marketing and brand strategy for the Premium Biscuits Export Portfolio; lead innovation, working with cross-functional teams and our local manufacturing site
+ Offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop, and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts
+ Accelerate consumer centric growth by maximizing the product mix of the channel and portfolio to build a sustained business
+ Contribute to building a winning growth TEAM culture by deepening own capability and inspiring colleagues to do the same.
**What you will bring**
_A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:_
+ 5+ years in Brand Management or similar level Marketing/Sales role, preferably in the consumer goods sector in a matrix environment
+ Strong project management skills; ability to dive in and deliver
+ Managing business objectives beyond brand and budget
+ Analytics and creativity—a balance of commercial and strategic acumen
+ Leading and influencing customers and colleagues
+ Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills
+ Markets with diverse economic environments a distinct advantage
