Assist in the development and submission of the Obela promotional programs that deliver AOP gross and net sales growth, while managing D&A investment. Work with demand planning, VRPs and customer supply teams to maximise service levels and communicate issues in a timely manner. Ensure accurate financial accruals for promotional programs in accordance with PepsiCo compliance and provide ongoing support with financial forecasting for each customer. Work cross functionally with commercial planning to ensure accurate business reporting, to build business proposals for growth, and to analyse performance to maximise efficiency. Assist with day-to-day ad hoc requests. Manage daily / weekly / monthly internal and external commercial and service scorecards Manage weekly and monthly promotional effectiveness, catalogue and Off-Location reporting and communication. Qualifications About you: Degree qualified (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience in FMCG field sales or account sales, and a strong track record of delivering results. Strong relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders. Highly organised, results driven self-starter with a positive, “can do” attitude. Effective problem solver who can adapt to change, challenge existing processes, and drive continuous improvement.
