Supporting the customer in running the Transportation program across NASALead a team of 20+ people based across multiple locations throughout the Americas. Ability to identify opportunities and initiate projects independently Coordinate with Multiple warehouses, Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers  Work closely with the Account Management Teams of carriers and manage carrier performanceAnalyze performance data and create efficiency improvement opportunitiesManage ongoing delivery projects, delivery engagements and onboarding of new carriers and programsEscalation Management and Root Cause AnalysisSupport implementation of safety and security measures with carriersAbility to create and provide presentations on performance levels to internal staff, vendors and customerProactive approach to cost saving, consolidation, and on-time performance initiativesDefine and deliver upon critical success factorsMultitask and Reprioritize work as needed Coordinate team training, career development, and performance managementTravel to customer, supplier and warehouse locations as requiredIdentify and replace manual tasks with AI capabilities when possible Utilise Productivity tools in order to manage teams productivity On-time in full management and correct reason coding in the event of failures 

QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent related experience Min 5 + years Transportation/Logistics experienceMin 5+ year Supervisory & Management experienceOperational knowledge of all modes of Transports (sea, road, air, parcel)Operations and Strategic/Account Management experience preferredDemonstrated successful track record in project implementationWorking knowledge on dispatch, track and trace, and TMS, WMS and YMS systemsDynamic personality; accustomed to hosting meetings and driving change within an organizationStrong analytical, time management, and communication skills , Ability to type 45wpm Self-starter with a highly motivated, results-driven attitudeAvailability to travel 30%  (international and domestic)
