Overview We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for managing and developing the Grocery business for sodastream. To be successful in this role, you will bring key account experience and demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to grow this key customer. Responsibilities Responsible for overall assigned grocery channel strategy in a manner consistent with the company’s strategies and culture to grow faster, stronger, and better. Manage the grocery broker team’s to ensure they provide strong support in driving growth and supply all necessary business data (POS data, store lists, contact information) as needed Manage co-op, over and above funding, rebate and any special deals within financial framework as approved by management. Communicate changing market conditions to Sales and Marketing team to identify new opportunities and develop with internal team a comprehensive sales plan for success. Ensure that MAP pricing and adherence to published promotional programs are maintained at all times. Build and maintain strong relationships with the grocery broker team’s, retail merchant partners, and mid level and senior management, with support from SodaStream leadership. Prepare and update annual key account plans and implement company strategies for achieving sales goals including World Class Customer Engagement. Complete timely and accurate forecasts and revenue projections and update appropriately. Other duties as assigned. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $ 73,400 - $ 106,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field/equivalent experience required. 5+ years of successful key account experience. Experience calling on national and regional retail accounts at the buyer level. Beverage or consumer package goods experience with existing buyer relationships preferred. Ability to quickly master detailed product knowledge. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Professional fact based selling presentations required. Microsoft Office proficient.
