We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NetSuite ERP / WMS / eCommerce Administrator to oversee and optimize our NetSuite environment. As a senior member of the IT team, you will be responsible for the overall health, performance, and strategic direction of our NetSuite platform, ensuring it effectively supports our business operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of NetSuite/ERP systems, and the ability to manage complex integrations with other business-critical software.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of ERP \ WMS \ eCommerce systems and partner services, specifically, partner and system performance and proactive enhancement of stability and scalability.

Manage third-party middleware tools such as Celigo, Orderful and Tipalti for smooth data flow across platforms.

Integrate and support backend processes between NetSuite, Shopify, and Amazon (FBM/FBA).

Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP workflows, saved searches, roles/permissions, and automations.

Accurate data exchange between ERP and third-party logistics (3PL) or fulfillment partners.

Data security and compliance, for internal users and external partners for user roles, permissions, and access controls to

Inventory accuracy, real-time sync, and fulfillment performance.

Work with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective solutions.

Prioritize and triage incoming NetSuite support requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.

Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and support resources for internal stakeholders.

Own and manage the NetSuite release upgrade process (twice per year), including testing and communication.

Collaborate with internal controls team to understand, implement, document and maintain NetSuite configurations to support established internal control procedures, such as segregation of duties, access reviews, and data validation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.

3–5 years of experience managing ERP and e-commerce platforms.

Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite, Celigo, Orderful, Tipalti, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and a WMS platform.

Experience with API integration, scripting (SuiteScript preferred), and EDI.

Strong SQL skills and experience with data mapping and reconciliation.

Preferred Qualifications:

NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification.

Experience with inventory forecasting tools and demand planning integrations.

Knowledge of warehouse automation tools, barcoding systems, and fulfillment optimization.

Familiarity with B2B and B2C order routing and customer segmentation logic.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent cross-functional communication and project management capabilities.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.

Forward-thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.

The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
