NA B2B Sales Enablement Specialist

Job Description Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively engage with prospects and close deals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B sales processes and excellent communication skills. 

 

Job Description:  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements: 

Develop and implement sales enablement strategies that align with the company's sales goals and objectives. 

Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including playbooks, training guides, presentations, and competitive analysis. 

Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about products, services, and industry trends. 

Collaborate with programs team to produce content that supports the sales process, such as case studies, whitepapers, and product brochures. 

Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the sales team. 

Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and platforms to ensure they are effectively supporting the sales team. 

Work closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and provide tailored support. 

Stay up to date with the latest sales enablement, best practices and technologies. 

 

In essence, the B2B Sales Enablement Specialist will act as a bridge between the sales team and the resources they need to effectively engage with clients and close deals.  

 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. 

3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role. 

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Proficiency with sales enablement tools and CRM systems. (e.g. Salesforce Account Engagement) 

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. 

Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

 

Job Requirements: 

Comfortable with presenting to both customers and internal leadership and speaking to large audiences. 

Proficient in English (oral and written) 

Strong ability to work together and to deliver insights within own organization as well as with other departments within Circle K.  

Ability to meet targets, delivering results and meeting expectations, via both in person, virtual and digital communications. 

Influential and ability to represent Circle K in seminars and larger gatherings.
