As part of the Wilkes-Barre Business Solutions team, this role is responsible for management and oversight of the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes in the OTC pillar of the NA DSD and Warehouse delivered businesses.
The role is responsible for fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders through collaboration on strategic initiatives to drive the business forward. In addition, a priority of the role is to keep the leadership team informed of progress and any challenges or opportunities which can impact the strategic vision of the organization.
How you will contribute
You will:
Directly manage the NA EDI Lead AnalystEngage with the Global COE on budget estimates for the annual EDI customer onboarding projectCollaboration with Accenture leadership to ensure that the back office team has the proper skill sets and understanding of key responsibilitiesChampion technology projects and enhancements aligned with Mondelez strategyAlignment between the EDI team and the Business Process Managers to ensure that strategic projects have visibility and any gaps are identifiedLead conversations with key Sales and Supply Chain stakeholders to review strategic EDI customer initiatives and align on prioritization of pending requestsCollaborate with Customers on key technology initiatives to drive synergies and efficiencies for both organizationsChampion the VMI program in both process and execution aligning with the Global MDS OTC team on budget and contract operations and initiatives Maintain an understanding of EDI data to enhance engagement with MDS leadership and coach Analyst on complex business processes which may require unique EDI solutions Technolgy lead on key Mondelez Master Plan Transformational Projects which impact the organizational strategy aligning with the PMO and Ventures team Engage with the MDS, Procurement, and Fiscal Services to ensure that 3rd party invoices are processed timely to maintain the continuity of the EDI Onboarding projectWhat you will bring
8+ years of experience with and understanding of CS&L business processesProject Management - Experience coordinating efforts to achieve a goal Problem Solving - Analytical skills to address issuesFunctional understanding of EDI, VMI and SAP processes
Travel requirements: 10%
The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
