As an Analytics Solutions Associate in the Global Technology Finance & Business Management myDATA Reporting Team, you will help drive the modernization of analytics and reporting across the firm. Job responsibilities:
Design, enhance, and maintain analytics and automation solutions using both established and emerging technologies.Support the migration of reporting and analytics from on-premises to cloud-based platforms, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple Lines of Business to gather requirements, translate objectives into technical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.Create executive-level presentations and dashboards that inform strategic decision-making.Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and introduce automation, leveraging AI and advanced analytics.Participate in project management activities, including tracking progress, managing risks, and supporting timely delivery.Engage in ongoing professional development, seeking mentorship and training to enhance your expertise.Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills in all interactions.Show curiosity and adaptability by exploring new technologies and approaches, with enthusiasm for leveraging AI to automate tasks and generate insights.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.Minimum one year of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, or data management (internships and academic projects considered).Experience with data visualization tools.Exposure to SQL.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
