You are a specialist in compensation processes in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations in the area of compensation. You will drive the end-to-end implementation of annual rewards programs: annual budget, salary range setting, merit matrix creation and completion of the annual rewards cycle (salary and bonus review).
**How you will contribute**
+ Delivery of the cyclical activities
+ Drive compliance and best-practice delivery and operations processes; reviewing and recommending changes maximizing technology
+ Support the management of employee data and leveraging on our systems
+ Analyzes and understands internal data in identifying opportunity areas in the organziation
+ Manage key external partnerships and relationships
+ Staying abreast of market trends
+ Collaborate with our shared service center workstreams for optimal delivery
**What you will bring**
+ Proven compensation experience (compensation cycle preferred)
+ Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
+ Action-orientated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
+ Detail-oriented and have expertise in Microsoft office tools (especially Excel)
+ Solid knowledge of rewards principles and rewards cycle
+ Experience in job evaluation and job matching
+ HR or Business degree qualification, or equivalent experience
