The Rewards Analyst will be responsible for supporting the comprehensive management of the company's compensation programs across the LATAM region and the United States. This role is crucial for ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and regulatory compliance in all compensation practices, through rigorous analysis and accurate administration of salary data. (Fluent English and Portuguese)
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Auditing and Review:Conduct periodic audits and thorough reviews of salary structures and compensation programs to ensure equity and compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.Analyze individual salary increase proposals and merit-based adjustments, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and approved budgets.Database Maintenance and Updates:Administer and maintain up-to-date compensation databases, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of salary information.Generate reports and analyses on compensation structure, salary trends, and key metrics for strategic decision-making.Analytical and Strategic Support:Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on compensation programs, salary surveys, and market comparisons.Collaborate with the Human Resources team and business leaders to address inquiries and provide support on compensation-related matters.Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Compensation, Rewards Analyst roles, or similar positions.Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Languages:Advanced English (indispensable, both written and spoken).Advanced Portuguese (indispensable, both written and spoken, due to Brazil coverage).Tools:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).Knowledge:Solid understanding of compensation principles and practices, including salary structures, job evaluation, and pay equity.Familiarity with relevant labor and tax legislation for compensation in LATAM countries and the United States is valued.Skills and Competencies:
