Develops and executes a market growth plan to increase profitability and drive sustainable responsible growthRecruits, coaches, and retains high-performing talent and leads a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respectHolds Advisors accountable for providing an exceptional client experienceFosters and leverages relationships to ensure coordinated delivery of the enterprise's full capabilities and offerings to clients by collaborating across all channels and product groups in the client's best interestEstablishes a risk culture and ensures all team members are protecting the interests of the firm, while enhancing the client experienceManages the market Profit and Loss with a focus on revenue growth and return for shareholdersRepresents the firm in the community to increase brand visibility and enhance new and existing business opportunitiesManagerial Responsibilities:
