Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a MVD - Unit Mount Assembler - 2nd Shift at our Arden, NC location!

Shift Hours: 3:30pm - 2:00am Monday - Thursday. 

The hourly rate for this position is $21 per hour.

The primary function of the MVD - Unit Mount Build Assembler, is to fully assemble Trane Unit Mount structures.  Operation is a full start to finish assembly process with both wiring and mechanical requirements. Maintain own production schedule to meet requirements for Trane and MVCA financials.     
    
In this function you will:
A. Be able to assemble and wire unit mount panel     
B. Be able to assemble and wire full and reduced voltage structures    
C. Balance production demand to meet schedule requirements    
D. Troubleshoot any issues that arise    
E. Work with NPD and MOL teams on design changes and improvements    
F. Managed inventory in area to ensure proper stocking levels are met    

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
•    Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
•    Experience reading a schematic

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Wiring experience
•    Mechanical experience

•    Able to lift up to 35 pounds – waist, shoulder, overhead
•    Proven history of safe work habits
•    Must be able to work effectively without direct supervision
•    Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.
•    Must be able to work overtime – weekdays and weekends
